I loved reading Cherry Blossoms by Devyn Morgan. I loved how shy and reserved Julian is and how much he blushes. Cade was great also. He tries to do everything on his own and hates asking for help. Julian is from Texas where everybody loves to ride, and so did Julian when he was a teenager before he developed a fear of heights. His grandfather brought him a year's worth of riding lessons to help him get over his fear. Cade has an English riding stable and has suffered a nasty fall and broken some ribs. He isn't able to do any of the chores around the ranch and has limited funds to hire somebody to help while he heals. He is ecstatic when he has someone buy a years worth of riding lessons and pays in advance. Cade and Julian have instant chemistry but due to Cade's injuries can't do anything about it. I loved all of the sexual tension and couldn't wait for Cade's ribs to heal. The story was well-written, and the plot and characters were nicely developed, but the book needs to be edited. There were missing words and extra words and switched words, and Julian and Cade's names kept getting switched, which is always annoying. As this is an arc copy that I read, I am hoping that it went to an editor before it was released. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.Product details

I really enjoyed this sweet read. It was not a normal steamy kind of love but just as good. I believe it was well written and super sweet. The perfect kind of sweet consuming love. I really loved Julian and Cade's connection. I could feel it at the beginning. Good read. I also fell in love with Julian's grandpa. I received and voluntarily read this ARC.
This story is so sweet. The main characters Cade and Julian are so realistic. Devyn did a great job writing them. I enjoyed the horses in the book. I don't think that I have read books with a horse as a character. The story is a great escape from reality. It has a wonderful HEA.

This was a delightful, humorous, satisfying read and anyone who likes Mr. Morgan's work will be happy with this story. The characters are well rounded, and the situations are plausible. I didn't like the changing viewpoint in the story because it created a rather jangling effect. Once I got used to it, it was less bothersome. I received a free copy in exchanged for an honest review.
Cade is an outwardly gruff but actually tender riding instructor with broken ribs who finds himself accidentally involved with Julian, his would be riding student that has a fear of heights but enough horse experience to help him while he's laid up. Since they can't get physical without further damaging Cade's ribs, they have a chance to actually get to know each other and fall in love. Great story, lovable characters, and interesting plot.
Julian is coming for riding lessons, paid for by his grandfather to try and help with his fear of heights. Fresh of an injury, Cade runs a stable and is giving Julian lessons. A turn of events find Julian discovering about Cades injury and he sets out to help him. This is a feel good love story about 2 guys and what they do to make it through the day. Whether it's heights or being hurt, being with someone else is better than being alone. A cute story!

This was a slow-burn, sweet romance - just the kind I expect from Devyn Morgan. These are two sweet characters who deserve to be happy and it's just fun to watch them find that happiness together. Julian and Cade have wonderful connection and chemistry together and despite their insecurities they build a very loving relationship.
Even with a bit of insta-love, these two have a few challenges they have to face. Cade is nursing some broken ribs and Julian is technically his student, he's supposed to be teaching him to ride horses again. They quickly find though, that they have something special even if they have to take their time. I really enjoyed this story, it's a feel good read that left my heart happy! One of my favorites from Devyn!

Another sweet story from Devyn Morgan. I had to sigh and laugh with Cade and Julian, who are fighting injuries and attraction. Should they? Shouldn't they? Can they? (I don't know a lot about piercings but reading this made me believe that someone needed a bag of peas and someone else provided them.) These guys had a lot to learn from each other, about accepting help. And it was cute, because each of them was so strong in some areas and needed a hand so bad in others. Lighthearted happy read. With horses.
